Key Concept: “GreenR™ Weaving the Future – Harmony Between Manufacturing and the Environment”
We are pleased to announce that Kanto Seiki Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the 32nd Japan International Machine Tool Fair (JIMTOF2024), held at Tokyo Big Sight (Ariake, Tokyo).
Our theme at JIMTOF2024 is “GreenR™ Weaving the Future – Harmony Between Manufacturing and the Environment.”
In recent years, various environmental issues, including global warming, have become more apparent, and regulations in different countries and regions are being strengthened.
To address these challenges, we have been conducting research for over a decade on low-GWP (Global Warming Potential) “green refrigerants” and natural refrigerants for our flagship product, OILMATIC™ (high-precision automatic oil temperature control system).
Our goal is to simultaneously enhance “productivity” and reduce “environmental impact” in manufacturing, and we are accelerating product development to achieve this balance at a high level.
In August 2023, we also began operations at a new factory utilizing renewable energy, further promoting actions to reduce the environmental footprint of our business activities under the concept of “GreenR™.” We are actively addressing environmental issues through this initiative.
At JIMTOF2024, we will be showcasing four models based on the “GreenR™” concept, including the world premiere of OILMATIC™ Gny1100, a coolant temperature control unit equipped with a low-GWP refrigerant.
As the manufacturing industry faces a period of significant transformation, with increasing demands for higher speed and precision in machine tools, we are committed to supporting our customers’ production activities through advanced liquid temperature control technology that focuses on minimizing thermal displacement.
