The Fluorocarbons Emissions Control Law requires users of equipment, including our products, that are equipped with CFC alternatives as refrigerants to take measures such as appropriate management and regular inspections to prevent leakage of CFCs. This requires a certain number of man-hours for management at the production site.
Switching to “GreenR™” models that use “green refrigerants” eliminates the need to manage these, and is expected to reduce man-hours and improve productivity at production sites.

In 2010, we succeeded in developing the first “Oilmatic” that uses a natural refrigerant (CO2 refrigerant (R-744). With our unique refrigeration circuit and control system, we received a patent (No. 6595253) in 2019. In 2020, it was awarded the 47th Environmental Award (sponsored by the National Institute for Environmental Studies, etc.) for its high energy-saving performance.
By deploying “GreenR™” models based on this technology, we support the achievement of carbon neutrality for “mother machines” such as machine tools from the perspective of “energy saving of peripheral equipment.”
